2. Refund Eligibilit

- Course Purchase (One-Time Payment):
- A refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will only be granted if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Subscription Plans:
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
- Future renewals can be avoided by canceling before the next billing date.
- Workshops / Live Training:
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the session begins.
- No refunds will be issued once the session has started or been attended.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed courses or certifications.
- Downloaded digital materials (eBooks, templates, resources).
- Situations where access was restricted due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
